Our Classes
POWER
A full body power workout comprised of 3 equally important series.
Series 1+2 - A combination of lifting and plyometric exercises designed to prime for the week ahead and target power and speed strength qualities.
Series 3 - A series of erg sprint intervals with an intention of expressing power.
STRENGTH
A 60-minute strength session focusing on upper and lower body movements such as overhead press, bench press, rows, squats, lunges, holds and carries.
ENERGY SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
A 45-minute erg/run specific session.
Whether completed on the ski, bike, rower or runner this session will develop you ability to produce and utilise energy, increasing your capabilty to perform when needed.
GAME DAY
Every Saturday is our chance to test the grit and determination forged in the previous week training.
If we aren't measuring our progress, what was the point? An opportunity to showcase your mental and physical capability in our signature team-based workouts.

No, there are no hidden fees. The $98 covers your membership for four weeks. After this period, you'll have the option to continue your membership at our regular rates.

With this offer, you can access open gym including all gym facilities, weight training and cardio equipment from Concept & Rogue, and group training classes. You’ll have full flexibility to choose your ongoing membership that suits your needs. that fit your schedule
We offer a 7-day cooling-off period for all memberships. If you cancel within that time, there are no penalties. After that, there’s a 4-week notice period for cancellations.
