Coming from a background in high-performance sports, Jack has always had a passion for the health & fitness lifestyle. When Jack first came across 98 he was instantly hooked with how the training aligns with what you would see if you walked into an elite sporting club. The team culture and high standards are second to none and something Jack thrives on
You will find Jack on the floor coaching but also find him looking after the operational process to ensure and maintain a high premium experience for all members

Teeks is a passionate, well-rounded coach.

She currently serves as an Airforce Physical Training Instructor in the ADF. This has allowed her to work in trade-specific S&C program development and facilitation as well as injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Teeks is an advocate for holistic health and believes that smart consistent training alongside a group of like-minded individuals is an invaluable tool to help achieve a healthy mind and body.

Megan first found her passion for coaching through the unique combination of team culture and high standards that mirrored her experience in elite sports. With a 10-year professional cricket career for Western Australia and the Perth Scorchers, she was drawn to the structured, purpose-driven training approach that reflects the demands of professional athleticism.

Megan thrives in an environment where athletes are driven to push their limits, creating a supportive and disciplined atmosphere that encourages everyone to train with intent and achieve personal excellence. Combining her extensive background in sports with her Bachelor of Science and ongoing Psychology studies, Megan brings a science-based, no-nonsense philosophy to her coaching. She is dedicated to helping others develop resilience, technical skill, and a mindset geared toward continual growth and peak performance.
