Team 98 consists of trainers from a range of backgrounds; from former elite athletes to members of the defence force. Together we represent over 50 years’ combined expertise. We deliver real results for any objective. We are committed to providing an experience and education for our athletes. Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor of exercise and sports science,
  • Cert IV fitness,
  • 10 years coaching,
  • 4 years in fitness management

Em moved from Perth to Melbourne in 2019 to compete at the World Championships with one of Australia’s leading cheerleading teams. What began as a routine journey turned into a life-changing five years, during which she earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science, achieved podium finishes at Worlds in 2021 and 2023, and embraced a career in health and fitness.

Joining the 98 community through FYFs, Em quickly became Melbourne’s manager. Navigating the challenges of its closure deepened her appreciation for the program’s unmatched community and ethos of The Standard.

Since relocating to Sydney, Em has managed several locations, such as Bondi, Newcastle and now leading Neutral Bay.

With a focus on fostering community, Em is passionate about creating a space where everyone feels valued, welcomed, and part of something that leaves a lasting impact.

Arthur grew up in Melbourne, playing a variety of team sport, including high level basketball, from a young age Bred to be active and competitive from, Arthur started strength training to enhance his performance through his sporting endeavours.

Arthur’s interest in health and fitness led him to study a Bachelor Of Science, of which he majored in Anatomy and Physiology. During this time Arthur worked with high school athletes, programming their training to assist with their development and performance.

Arthur furthered his studies and career by completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, which he now works in private practice, combining rehabilitation with strength & conditioning for a variety of clientele from high level to everyday athletes.
Arthur’s passion for training, improvement, and upholding himself embodies the 98 ethos.

As a coach, his energy, enthusiasm, and unique charisma, allow him to help others by putting them in the best position to succeed, and perform, on the dancefloor.

Born and raised in New Zealand, Nate’s passion for fitness was shaped by his early years in competitive basketball and rugby union. While living in the United Kingdom, he rediscovered his passion for a structured approach to training, which inspired him to pursue a career in personal training. Now with over 15 years of industry experience, Nate calls Melbourne home and works with a diverse range of clients to help them achieve their goals.

Nate’s focus encompasses strength and conditioning, with a strong emphasis on improving mobility and overall movement quality.

Kendra brings a wealth of experience to her coaching, having been involved in high-level sports from a young age. As a competitive gymnast and high-level netball player, she developed a strong foundation in movement and performance, which she has carried throughout her career. Her experience allows her to connect with individuals across a wide range of ages and abilities.

Her coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that training is for everyone and should provide an inclusive environment where benefits extend beyond the physical. She is dedicated to creating a space where all individuals can feel supported, challenged, and empowered. For Kendra, fitness is not just about strength and performance, but also about building confidence, resilience, and a sense of community that lasts both inside and outside the gym.

Cody is a dedicated strength and conditioning coach. Growing up in country Victoria, he developed a deep love for team sports, particularly AFL Football and Rowing; as well as individual pursuits of athleticism through golf and surfing. This sparked an early interest in improving athletic performance and appreciation for the power of a team environment.
Moving to Melbourne to pursue a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science at Deakin University; he focused on working with high school athletes, designing and overseeing tailored training programs to enhance their performance. With a strong commitment to continuous improvement, Cody brings energy to every coaching session.

His focus on member experience, combined with a motivating and energetic coaching style, empowers clients to push past their limits and achieve lasting results.
