Hannah is deeply passionate about fitness and living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Having grown up playing high-intensity sports like rowing and water polo, she developed a strong drive to push her limits and achieve personal excellence. As captain and coach of both sports, Hannah thrived in leadership roles, inspiring others to stay motivated and accountable, which sparked her desire to help others achieve their own health and fitness goals.

With over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry, Hannah specialises in strength and conditioning, high-intensity training, and body composition. She believes in leading by example, which has led her to compete and thrive in a variety of fitness competitions, including Hyrox and Turf Games.

Hannah strives to live by the 98 core values of integrity, team-first, and authenticity which guide her approach to both training and coaching. She is dedicated to helping every gym member feel stronger, fitter, and more confident; both inside and out. Her goal is to make every workout a highlight of their day, motivating them to continuously improve and reach their full potential.

Specialising in Strength & Conditioning, Jayden believes in delivering a no-nonsense, direct approach to training, with a focus on building more resilient humans. His career in the fitness industry began in 2018, when the opportunity arose to co-own a small strength and conditioning facility in Brisbane. Here, he fell in love with learning and upskilling and found his passion in human performance and athletic development. 

The goal is to ensure each session improves your physical and mental toughness inside and outside the gym. He delivers programs that are tested and proven to increase your performance as an every day gym goer, elite or professional athlete. 

Originally from country NSW, Jayden’s younger years were spent racing competitive Motocross. Despite his passion for competition, Jayden began his career in the ADF at the age of 18 and translates his strongest attributes of competitiveness and work ethic into his Coaching.

  • Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science (Honours)
  • PhD (submission by mid 2025)
  • CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
  • ASCA Level 1 Certification
  • Cert III and IV in Fitness

Madi has a passion for training, performance, and well-being. With a background in Exercise and Sport Science, she has worked in several sporting and training environments, including QLD professional men’s rugby union, female football, junior female water polo, and GPS high school sports. Madi is also about to complete her PhD focused on sleep, performance, recovery, and the menstrual cycle in females. Given the underrepresentation of females in sport and exercise research, her studies involve a range of female athletes to understand the variability in sleep, performance, and recovery within and between phases of the menstrual cycle.

Specialising in strength and conditioning, as well as exercise and sport science, Madi aims to provide well-rounded support to enable individuals to train at their best.
