Casey spent 12 years of her life training and competing in Athletics as a 100m and 200m sprint specialist. Her passion for the sport saw her represent her state at Nationals for 6 years consecutively, with her greatest achievement being National Champion for the 100m sprint. As the years progressed she began favouring strength and conditioning training in a gym environment and saw herself delve into the world of CrossFit. 


Relocating to Country NSW, Casey co-owned a gym for the last 4 and a half years and is co-founder of an annual CrossFit competition known as the Off Grid Throwdown.

She has recently relocated to Brisbane with her young son and hopes that her industry experience and sporting background will allow her to manage 98 Brisbane to a high standard.

Michelle’s passion for hard work and consistency began during her younger years training as a Gymnast. She recognised the body’s ability to be so versatile and adaptable which inspired her to learn about human potential. To begin her career in the Fitness and Sports Industry, she spent 4 years Coaching women’s gymnastics, then transitioned into private and small group training environments where she has spent the last 10 years. Originally growing up in Canada, Cheerleading was also a huge part of Michelle’s life and has played a big role in shaping the Coach she is today. Many of her strengths, including her leadership and teamwork skills have come from her role as Team Captain, helping the team win 3 Consecutive National Championships.

Much of her younger years was spent travelling the world, competing in Tough Mudder & Spartan races, CrossFit competitions, participating in Fitness Events & Conferences and immersing herself in any environment that could provide a learning outcome and expand her knowledge. Nowadays, outside of her normal gym routine, you can find Michelle at the beach with her very long, furry companion Olly. The last few years, Michelle has specialised in Strength & Conditioning and injury prevention in group training environments. Her goal is to help you establish a purpose through training, by providing a consistent and proven program that prioritizes accountability, community and consistency. She believes that with the combination of supportive coaches & expert programming, your potential is limitless.

Specialising in Strength & Conditioning, Jayden believes in delivering a no-nonsense, direct approach to training, with a focus on building more resilient humans. His career in the fitness industry began in 2018, when the opportunity arose to co-own a small strength and conditioning facility in Brisbane. Here, he fell in love with learning and upskilling and found his passion in human performance and athletic development. 

The goal is to ensure each session improves your physical and mental toughness inside and outside the gym. He delivers programs that are tested and proven to increase your performance as an every day gym goer, elite or professional athlete. 

Originally from country NSW, Jayden’s younger years were spent racing competitive Motocross. Despite his passion for competition, Jayden began his career in the ADF at the age of 18 and translates his strongest attributes of competitiveness and work ethic into his Coaching.

Jadyn has over 6 years of coaching experience across group and individual coaching environments. He has experience working with CrossFit athletes and individuals from a range of sports; with a specialised skillset in functional training and working with multiple CrossFit affiliates leading their program design.

A competitive CrossFit athlete, Jadyn has competed in many high-level events within Australia. Dedicating a fair amount of time to his training while also balancing his passion for building a career as a coach and as a father, he knows what it’s like to balance a busy life alongside fitness and performance goals.


Using his own experience to guide those he works with to achieve their goals Jadyn believes “Coaching and fitness is more than enhancing your strength and fitness capacity, it’s a gateway to understanding how to get more from all areas of your life”

Madi has a passion for training, performance, and well-being. She also enjoys developing CrossFit skills and capacity for competition.

With a background in Exercise and Sport Science, Madi is pursuing her PhD focused on sleep, performance, recovery, and female physiology. Madi has dual citizenship and lived in the USA as a child, although she was born and loves living in sunny Brisbane, Australia.

Specialising in strength and conditioning, as well as exercise and sports science, Madi aims to provide well-rounded support to enable individuals to train at their best.
